Can my boss force me to work on a Sunday? If I don't work I'll get suspended.

Generally yes. Your employer can make you work whatever schedule it wishes.

An exception is where you have a sincere religious objection to working on Sunday. If your religious beliefs forbid you from working on Sunday then you can request that your employer accommodate your belief and not schedule you for work on Sunday. Your employer is not automatically required to accept your request. It may reject the request in full or offer an alternative if not scheduling you on Sunday would put it at an undue burden, which is actually a very low standard.
