Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas
if I have to pay back overpaid unemployment benefits to TWC and they are asking a really high $$$ do I have to pay that amount or can I pay what I can ... just getting back on my feet and can't afford much?

You should ask TWC about a payment plan. In my experience they usually are reasonable in these regards.
