Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Pharmacy

I am currently employed as a RCAM Regional Clinacal Affairs Manager for a major bio tech company. The company recently has received bad news regarding one of their drugs. In turn the company has been instructing employees to speak of label and violate other FDA compliance regulations. I am fearful that if cought I can go to Federal Prison. I am also fearful that if I report the organization to the FDA that I will be jepordizing my employment with my current employer and future oppurtunities outside of the organization. Do I have any legal recourse?
