Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Temporary Restraining Order

A medical device company that I used to work for has put a restraining order to keep me away from testiffying against their defective products that have caused injuries to users, they claim that whatever I use is secret and propriatery, but most of this information should it have been submitted to the FDA and that is what they are trying not to do.

Are they legal by using these intimidating techniques from comming people forward, one thing is that I am in Texas and in this part of the country usually the employer has more favor with the legal system
