What is the time window to file some sort of action against a former employer?Incident happened in august/2008.

The answer depends on what kind of case you have against the employer. Be forewarned, cases usually don't get better with age.

As soon as possible but you may have two years...and then discover employer claims other incidents..etc..so get a lawyer asap..
