Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I'm 23 years old and live with my parents. I'm planning to move in with my boyfriend in a couple months. I'm worried about moving, because my dad is threatning to kick my mom out along with me if I decide to move. She does not want to move and there is just enough space in my boyfriend's apartment for him, me, and the baby I'm about to have. My parents rent their house and my mom is the only one working and she contributes to paying rent. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this situation. My dad also forces me to stay home. I missed a doctor's appointment today because my dad would not let me go. I had my own bus card that I paid for myself to help me get there. Was there anything I could have done to resolve that situation? My parents are legally married also.

You can move out and your mom can move out. If your mom is on the lease, she can file for divorce and ask that he be forced to move out.
