Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I have land a person just set up a business on my land .I have asked him for yrs to go he said no .I finally called the police they asked him to get off .They told me i needed to give him time to remove all his stuff .He still wont go what can i do i do not have money.He is not a tenant and never has been

File a suit in JP court. this is called an FED (Forceable Entry and Detainer) acton. Go to the clerk of the JP court that has jurisdiction over your land. They should be able to help you.
