Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas

I just moved on June 22 into a new apartment and on July 2nd I paid my rent and then July 3 I get a phone call from the manager she tells me that I need to move ASAP because I have had 4 complaints and she doesnt like having problems in her apartments but that she wouldn't put it as an eviction she had an attitude through all of this so I just said ok n she Hung up I called back and asked if I would get my rent back she said only if there's no damages I didn't think nothing of it but isn't that what the deposit is for? And then when I asked what the complaints were for she said she doesn't have to explain herself to me but whoever that visits me in a blue car ruined it for me I've never had a notice on my door or nothing I don't feel like this is fair so do I move?

It depends on whether you breached the terms of the lease agreement. Ask the Landlord what part of the lease you breached. You have the right to know why you are being evicted. Contact me or another attorney if you feel that the reason for evicting you is illegal.
