Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
Yes I have put down a deposit on house for rent, and we have not seen the house, the owner said that we will get out deposit back if we changed our mind or did not want the after the other people moved out. The owner refused to refund the deposit back to us after saying that she would. What can we do?
