Legal Question
Hi, my tenant moved out the 1st of July. The lease was not up untill November. She left her husband behind whom is not on the lease agreement and has not paid the rent, which is now due again. He said he would be out by now, but has failed to move. What actions do I need to take to get him to vacate the property?
