Legal Question
My family and I posed for family pictures for this photographer and since then she has started taking pictures that me and my family have thought as inappropriate. We asked her to remove our photos yet she has not and says she has every right to keep them. We did not sign a release. Do we still have the right to ask her to remove and if so what law is it? I am from Texas.
