Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

Ungradeful Nieces and Nephews living with my disable Aunt.

How can I legally get them out of her house?

They are destroying her house, and now they do not respect her anymore. Her son is too afraid of them to do anything. What can I do? I'm only her Power of Attorney.

The son is willing to sign any papers that needs to be signed.

If they are there without permission, call the police. She'll have to tell the police that they aren't welcome there. If they are abusive, contact adult protective services ASAP.
