Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Texas

I was in a medical study, one of the other study members came into the study sick, he was allowed to stay in the study(told them he was having allergies. in one night he had sever caughing and nite sweats.in the morning they put him in isolation but he stayed in the study and was brought back in the dorm at time of drug test then put back in isolation, thewn a few days later they brought him back to the "dorm with the rest of us(32) a day later he was removed and brought back in that night but relocated to the far end of the dorm...well it turns out he had TB and exposed me and I know have inactive tb he was directly accros from my bed sevral full nites.

question can I sue the study provider for not testing him for tb(maybe they did but wont tell me) and calisly exposing me over and over again to active tb. I am 55 there is a good chance as I get older it will become full blown, the sad thing about this study is the drug had a warning of reduced amune system for tb so I was dosed and my ammunity dropped at the same time for exposure.please someone advise me what to do. thank you
