Legal Question in Mediation in Texas

I asked thefather to keep thechild

for vacation/lived in Florida I moved

to Puerto Rico/he moved to California/he filed forcustody/he had no stability/he now moved to Texas

I work and have my house, can I request custody now?

You need to consult with an attorney in the state he has filed for custody.

Run, don't walk to a family law attorney's door.
