simulataneous law suits
After being hit by a car, I received further injuries from the MD that treated my lag. I have a case aginst the driver that hit me, can I also sue the MD for med mal...at the same time. Texas statute is two years.. I have 6 months to go before filing the MEd mal. I'm already in a case against the driver.
