3 solutions:

1. Call the police- they deal with these problems at all different levels.

2. Call children's protective services and file a complaint that an 11-year-old is coming into your house and they will deal with the parents.

3. File suit in County Court and asked for a mandatory injunction enjoining the parents from permitting their child free range which includes your house.

I am assuming you have try to talk to the parents.

If your yard or pool is not enclosed by a fence, then you need to make sure that it is. Otherwise, you could possibly be liable if something happens to the boy. If he's jumping the fence, then you should speak to the parents. If they don't put an end to it, then you should talk with the police about the trespass.
