Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Hello, I had a third party injury. which the third party has agreed to pay the medical bills once treatment has been completed. Since my personal insurance has been paying my bills, is the third party only responsible for any portion I am responsible for (such as deductible)? Thank you for your assistance.
