Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

no results in traffic accident, time running out

My daughters and myself were involved in an accident. While waiting for a gas pump, a dually truck rammed into us. One of my daughters and I find ourselves with chronic conditions sustained from those injuries. We are in pain most all the time, need good medical care but our attorney seems to be dragging her feet with this. It is an obvious and clear cut case too. Could you offer any suggestions?

There is a 2 year statute of limitations on filing a lawsuit for your claims. The resistance is likely from the insurance company. You need to talk to your lawyer why she is not filing suit.
