Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Sprained ankle @ Subway

02/23/04

I was on my lunch break from school for nursing and went to subway with some classmates and slipped on the stairway (2 steps)to the dinning area after the incident the owners asked if I was ok and needed a Dr cause they were just talking about putting something down on the stairs to prevent slipping with the installers and others from seeing the film and sand grid from after placing them in a month ago. There the workers and the classmates I was with ran thier hand to feel the griddiness of the film.

What should I do from here cause I am feeling pain and can't hardly walk on my ankle with swelling since 2 pm and it is now 9:05 pm and 3 pain pills later to ease the pain.

Thank You,

Re: Sprained ankle @ Subway

Most importantly have it looked at by a physician -- to be sure that nothing is broken and that you did not tear any ligaments.

After that, you should speak with an attorney to discuss what are your options.
