Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have asked my apartment to fix my ac eight times, I came home to and the time was 86 in the apartment..they put a smaill window unit in and said I had to wait for the apartment to cool down tomorrow. What can i do...please understand the temp outside is 101.

This is an issue of habitability.

Document this (make a little record of your own - dates, times, whom you talked to and when), and MOVE OUT. Find a place to live where they know how to get a repairman to fix the air conditioning.
