You should be able to find a lawyer to draft a deed for you for about $75 in your own home town. If you do not know a lawyer, call a title insurance company and find out who they use to draft their legal documents. Since Texas is a community property state, there is a chance he is already a part owner of the property (if you purchased the property during the marriage). I have some general information at my site http://www.reasonable-doubt.com

Good Luck,
