Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Grantor sold property w/out permission

I owner financed a piece of property which I discovered the buyer has sold to her daughter. The Deed of Trust states the property can not be sold without my permission and if it is the balance becomes due. What do I need to do to protect my interests? Thank you.

You can accelerate the note and foreclose if they fail to pay it off. Or you can accept payments from daughter and foreclose if and when she fails to make payments.
