Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

real estate

We have a piece of commercial property bought in the name of a LLC. The LLC has partnered with another LLC. I need to transfer title to the name of the partnership. (not a sale, only changing ownership) There is no lienholder. What form is needed?
