Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Time question

Hello,

My wife and i bought a time share in orlando florida about 18 months ago which we are finding very difficult to continue paying at this time,I know selling is an option but sometimes it takes a while from what i understand in speaking with a company that buys and sells timeshares. If we stop paying all together what will happen? Will this bring us on greater consiquences later?

Re: Time question

Can you ask the company to take the timeshare back? If you quit paying, it may adversely affect your credit and after foreclosure, they might come after you for a deficiency judgment for the expenses of foreclosure and delinquencies.
