Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

What type of lawyer do I need to to help move along our subordination request between our mortgage company and oil, gas, and mineral rights company for our rental home in Arlington TX? We are in good standing with all the companies but we have paid our fees and are due money and they stop us at customer service each time and nothing is moving.

What are you trying to subordinate, the mineral interest to the mortgage? What are you offering the mineral owner to do so?
