Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My uncle is giving me a piece of land and we are planning on doing a warranty deed. He has an abstract judgement on a personal loan he took out. If he is giving me the property can it be put in my name legally with the abstract judgement in his name!

It is a bit of a risk. You should probably speak with a local real estate attorney to determine the best method. With that being said, although your uncle can probably legally place the property in your name, the judgment creditor may be able to obtain it. More facts are needed.
