Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Can my wife sell our land we bought 1 month after we were married 13 years ago. We have no lean against the land,however, the title is only in her name.

Texas is a community property state. Generally, any property bought by one spouse after marriage is considered community property - regardless of how it is titled. There are exceptions such as, if her separate funds were used for the purchase the property, or if the other spouse (you) affirmatively agreed in writing that the property will be her separate property.
