Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

What is my legal right when a fellow employee calls for no business reason and texts me (at my home, on my days off) after being told repeatedly by me both verbally and in text form to cease? She hasnt said anything sexual, but comments on how jealous my wife is.

You should check with your company HR department and see if they have an established procedure for reporting complaints against co-workers. You should document everything with appropriate dates, etc. Most employers (more than 15 employees) will have a procedure in place to deal with these issues.
