Is this worth taking to court?

I was working for a restraunt and my manager was sending me pictures of male genetalia, and sick text messages and saying lewd invitation into the backroom, and other preverse things, is this worth taking to court or this going be a little guy getting stomped on by the big guy?

Yes, if certain conditions are met. It sounds as if you are no longer working there. Was it an independent restaurant or part of a chain? How many employees were there?
