Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I have a contract on a house that has been in probate in harris county, Texas. The judge just signed off on the sale. I have a 10 day option period to have the house inspected and I could back out of the purchase during this period if I choose to. My question is this. Now that the property has been inspected, there is more work to be done than I anticipated. I am going to ask them to come down on the price by 10k. Will this have to go back to the judge for approval or can the heirs make that decision?

It depends on the order the judge entered and whether it is a dependent or independent administration.

I fully agree with attorney Geffen. you can go to harris county probate clerk office (or an annex office) and determine the type probate and see the judges order
