Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My dad died in 2007 he had no will. Do I have to get probation or will a judicial determination do the same to prove I am sole survival

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. You can do a motion to determine heirs to have a judge find that you are the only heir. There may be some other procedures you can use that may be more cost effective. I need to know what property your dad still has in his name that you need to change.
