Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Estate

Mother died and will probate as of 3/24/04. Younger sister Executor has not yet turned over stock and has been cashing divedends checks. Has admitted using money for other matters. What can I do with out retaining a lawyer.

Sit and watch the money flow away. You can bring a pro se action in the probate court, but the court personnel cannot give you legal advice and the litigation is complicated.

Many probate judges dislike pro se filers because the pleadings are usually wrong and the court's time is wasted.
