Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My friend is going to be reinstated on probation at the mend of conditions hearing. He has been in jail for 3 months for other misdemeanors and has timed served for those. His plea bargain is 90 days and pay restitution and the jail time he has will go towards it. My question is will he be released at the mend of conditions hearing? He is in Texas

It sounds like they are amending the conditions of his probation which means that the terms of his probation have been changed, perhaps to add time to the length of probation, to add jail time, or other terms. When he meets the incarceration terms, if any, then he will be released assuming he does not have any other pending charges or holds on him.
