Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My half brother died without a will. His wife, who predeceased had 2 children, now adult , but did not have custody of them as children. Am I entitled to any share of the estate?

There are a number of questions that need to be answered before your question can be answered. You should go talk with a good probate attorney. Many attorneys will meet with you initially for little or no fee.

Only if those children and their children are no longer living or cannot be found. Be care with that "cannot be found". Almost everybody in the world can be found on the internet these days. Good Luck.
