Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I have lived in my home most of my 59 years. I was the executrix of the estate but it was never probated. Now is pass the time and I would like to have the property put in my name. My cousins are involved but they are making no claim to the property. I just need to know what to do now to get the ball rolling.

Sounds like the the will can be probated as a muniment ot title. See a lawyer for the details.

You don't give enough information for me to tell you what to do. I need to know the following:

1. Who is presently in title?

2. Who has the original will?

3. Where is the house located?

4. Whose estate are you executor of?

5. Will all the heirs agree to sign off as necessary?

6. Have you paid taxes on the homestead?

You have a few different procedures available, but I don't have enough information to determine which one fits best.
