Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mom died and has house and property. I have 3 sis and 3 bros.

She made a will with JAG, however the will was LOST and JAG has NO copies.

Only signature proof that my mom created a will. My oldest filed in probate law

as diversees and executor. He's saying that the will had left him everything and is

bringing in witnesses saying my mom told the wittnesses she left everything to him.

As an heir will I lose out of any inheritance?

If your bother can convince a judge of this, then yes, you'll lose out. You need to file an opposition to probate in order to protect your rights.
