A will transfers property at the time of death. Had little sister not removed the contents of the house before mom died, she would clearly be entitled to the contents of the house. Since she removed the contents from the property, the contents of the house is split 3 ways under the will.

Depending upon the language of the designations in the bank accounts your sister may or may not be entitled to the proceeds. If she is a POD beneficiary she gets the account proceeds.

If she is just a convenience signer, the proceeds belong to the estate.

Sounds like you should hire an attorney.
