Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If there is a open contanter of alcohol in a car witch no has consume any and I am the oldest everyone else in car are minors . How can a officer charge me with distribution of a minor and no breathalisor was took and the alcohol was mine

Hire a lawyer. Officers can get charges in many situations but that does not necessarily mean they can get a conviction.

They do not have to administer a breath test.

They can use the word of any of the minors against you, too.
