Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Partial of land situated in Texas, which was deeded to my father (who is now deceased) and to my mother. His Will was never probated in the time frame necessary, so now considered intestate. Natural gas line came through after the deadline to probate my father's Will, and my mother and myself, along with my two sisters had to sign the contract to have the pipe line go through the property. If land ever sold, whose signatures are required? My mothers alone, or her signature along with us three girls?

You father's will can be probated as a muniment of title. There is no statute of limitations for this. Assuming there was no administration of your dad's estate, The required signatures depend on who the beneficiaries of your dad's estate. Of course your mother's signatures are still required.
