Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Can my siblings kick me out of the house I lived in for 20 years, after the owner; our father passes? I may or may not Inherate 1/3 of the property. Do they have the right to come into my house and start making demands for stuff, when a lot of it belongs to me? I want them to stay away after I lost my last parent. But they want me to suffer the lose of my home as well! What can I do? Please help.

If your are residing in the house when your dad passes, you probably have a probate homestead interest in the house. This might prevent them from selling the house. Consult a local probate attorney. If you have an ownership interest in the house but pay 100% of the costs, such as taxes and other expenses, you have a claim under the property code against the other owners.
