Legal Question in Aviation Law in United Kingdom

microlight (ultralight) flying by forgien visitor pilots

I need to find out what the regulations, restrictions, are regarding--name removed--person flying under USA ultralight flying regulations under FAA Part 103 wanting to fly--name removed--powered paraglider (paramotor) in UK airspace as--name removed--visiting pilot.

What permissions are required, licenses, if any. Or is the lack of need for licensing for this type of flying in the US accepted in the UK.

Direct links to be able to support the info so that I can refer to the legal info as needed would be greatly appreciated.

Need to know pretty quickly, if possible.

Thank you,

--name removed--

As I am not a UK resident all I can suggest is that you contact the CAA. Here 's a link to their page with phone numbers.
