Re: divorce

Although your marriage may have irretrievably broken down, to obtain a decree of divorce you will have to establish to the satisfaction of the court thatone of the five factors of which you will be aware exist. If there is no adultery, to obtain an immediate divorce, either you or your wife will have to base a petition upon unreasonable behaviour. There is absolutely no need for such behaviour to be gross or to amount to cruelty or the like and in all probability the matters which have caused you to fall out of love with each other will suffice.

We have much information available on our website concerning the breakdown of marriage and our DIY Divorce Kit will in particular show you all that you need to know and provide all the necessary information and documentation if you wish to proceed.
