no insurance

hi, i crashed my mom's car this afternon , the other got few damages on the back ,almost none, like two insignificant scratches, i gave all my imformation to the owner because he wants to fix that, now , my problem is: i dont have insurance , but my mom does, and her insurances told me that they dont cover me, what i should do?

Don't get your legal advice from insurance companies. First of all, get all appropriate medical attention. Fill out an SR-1 form and send it to DMV within 10 days. Mom's liability insurance covers her possible liability as owner of the car, but not your possible liability as the driver. What this will ultimately mean to you depends whose fault it was, and the severity of the damages and injuries if any.
