Legal Question
My husband and I filed a Chapter 13 back in 2005. It was paid off and discharged 2.5 years ago. We have found ourselves in a bad debt situation and both of our pay is diminishing. Are there options out there for us? We were burned by a debt solutions company and I feel that bankruptcy may be our only option. Can we file a chapter 13 or 7 and would we lose everything if we did a 7?
