Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I was arrested for domestic violence. I punched the bedroom door and was arrested. What will my sentencing be? Can my lawyer get me no jail time?

Much depends on your criminal history. Have you ever had an incident before? If not, you are more likely not going to get jail time, but you will be ordered to other things and possibly community service. However, every court / judge is different. The fact that nobody was injured is helpful.
