Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah

I have a felony that was dropped to a misdemeanor in Wyoming along with 3 years probation well I have 2 children and was basically homeless there in the middle of winter and I have asked my probation officer to transfer me to utah several times and she wouldn't so I did what I had to do to keep my children warm and left if I happen to have a run in with the law in Utah will they extradite me back to Wyoming? And if so how can I be transferred to another state when I have a probation officer that will not help?

It's up to Wyoming whether or not they want to extradite you. It would be on a probation violation and I don't know how hefty they are as far as enforcing those and it would also depend on whether or not they view it as a felony or a misdemeanor. I can't tell you right out but I would say that it is more on the unlikely side but again I don't know the specific facts of your case or what you were charged with.
