Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
Can I request a new detective for my case I called to give my statement and thy hung up on me and will not answer or return my phone calls I don't know what to do

If you are a criminal defendant you SHOULD NOT be making any statement to the police without a lawyer present. Please call a criminal defense attorney in your area to secure representation.
If you are the victim of the crime then I would suggest calling higher ups at the department to find out how they would like you to present information to them.
