Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Utah

Employment,

My job is in healthcare referral development, I have been employed for just over 1 year. My company is a subcontractor providing care within nursing home facilities. I was hired last May to increase referrals to one particular facility in Utah. The company I work for is based in Kentucky. The regional director's wife is the person I work with at the facility. The director and his wife want me out. They claim I don't work hard enough and do what they want me to. However they have gotton rid of 2 other ladies before me. I have excellent review from my employer and recieved a raise based on my performance. My employer says they are concerned about what they are asking me to do, our other reps dont work that way and they feel there may be some liability isssues. Even so my employer has told me my job there is over.

Re: Employment,

An employment law attorney in Utah needs to address this question.

I have no idea why this question came to me as I am a FL lawyer and do not practice employment/discrimination/civil rights law at all.

Try to repost the question in the "Employment Law" catagory.
