Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex-husband has a documented video game and porn addiction, meaning he went to counseling for it when we were married but quit going when I filed for divorce. My daughter comes home from his house and says they played video games. He gave her, her own controller for Christmas. Is there any action I can take against him to get the video games out of the home. His porn and video game addiction are one in the same. He is addicted to cartoon porn and it bothers me that he has video games in the home at all. You would not have alcohol in a home with a recovering alcoholic. Please advise.

You can file for a modification of the parenting plan that can make it so the visits with her daughter are supervised so a third party you trust can be present if that is a concern. It would be up to the judge to decide whether or not to issue it or not.
