Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

How do I go about filing for a divorce from someone that is in the Utah State Prison? We were married in Utah and I live there as well.

The same way you do a divorce from everyone else. The only difference is that you have to have him served there unless he signs an acceptance of service. Is it a simple divorce, or is there significant property and kids to deal with?
